Corporate Responsibility in Ireland

The reach of our Responsibility programmes is global, yet we ensure that the impact of our work is also felt at a local level with a commitment to invest in the communities in which we operate.

In Ireland, we are proud to provide corporate responsibility programmes that support local charitable, cultural and sporting organisations and events, as well as health and education projects in our communities.

Charitable Donations

We support a whole range of community initiatives local to our sites, including school educational programmes, charities supporting people who have physical or learning disabilities, youth clubs, arts and voluntary sporting organisations.

Volunteering

Employees are encouraged and supported to volunteer in their communities on an ongoing basis and each year, the Irish sites take part in the Lilly “Global Day of Service”. Click here to find out more.

Apply for Charitable Donations Funding

Organisations may apply to Lilly by means of a letter outlining their proposal and itemised budget costs. Our Grants and Donations and Corporate Social Responsibility Committees meet regularly to consider funding requests.
