Abha Mahalka is the Director - Human Resources India and Alliances at Eli Lilly and Company, India. She holds over 14 years of experience spanning across Healthcare, Manufacturing and ITeS sectors. She is responsible to develop and lead people strategy focusing on talent acquisition, talent development, employee experience and employee safety. She has a crucial role in driving organization development by aligning business & workforce requirements, fostering a positive work culture, and championing critical DE&I initiatives.

Prior to joining Lilly, Abha worked at Johnson & Johnson, Abbott Healthcare Pvt. Limited and Tata Group where she held multiple roles within the Human Resource function.

Abha has completed her MBA in HR from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneshwar and also holds a B.Tech degree in Engineering (Computer Science).
