Ilya served most recently as executive vice president and president of Lilly International and previously as senior vice president of Lilly Bio-Medicines and vice president of U.S. Diabetes for Lilly USA.
Since joining Lilly in 1996 as a financial analyst, Ilya has held positions in finance, business development, sales and general management. He served as managing director of Lilly Israel and in senior roles in sales and within Six Sigma and ethics and compliance. In 2017, he was named president and general manager of Lilly’s Italy Hub.
