Adrienne Brown

Adrienne Brown is executive vice president of Eli Lilly and Company and president of Lilly Immunology.

Previously, Adrienne served as group vice president and head of Corporate Business Development, overseeing all licensing, acquisition and collaboration deals from discovery through late-stage development and commercial partnerships.

Over her more than 20-year career at Eli Lilly and Company, Adrienne has held leadership roles across multiple brands and geographies, spanning business development, sales, marketing and commercial strategy. She served as group vice president of Lilly’s U.S. diabetes and obesity business unit, delivering the launch of Mounjaro.
