Teaming Up for Better Outcomes
Our experience with partnerships has taught us that bringing together the right people through a transparent process is critical to successful collaboration. Our teams in Global External Research and Development, Corporate Business Development, Corporate Finance Investment Banking, and the Office of Alliance Management are focused on identifying, developing, and commercializing the products and technologies that will yield improved outcomes as well as greater value for patients and partners alike.
Efficient Process, Flexible Deals
Our approach includes three straightforward steps:
Identify opportunity
We seek out new opportunities in all parts of the world, across a diverse set of therapeutic platforms and technologies.
Negotiate agreement
Our goal is to reach a mutually beneficial deal structure that everyone is comfortable with.
Implement and manage
Setting goals and encouraging open communication keeps everyone aligned and moving toward success.
At each stage, you'll work closely with individuals who have deep experience in the relevant scientific and commercial possibilities for your innovative product or technology. And while our process is well-established, we also offer great flexibility when it comes to negotiation, deal structure, and ongoing alliance management.
