Our diversity is the lens through which we understand and respond to the unique needs of the millions of individuals who depend on our medicines. It plays a vital role in helping us achieve our mission: making medicines that help people live longer, healthier, more active lives.
It drives our work in the marketplace as we develop medications that meet the needs of sub-groups of populations through our clinical trial diversity strategy.
Our commitment to diversity also extends to our educational outreach. We partner with advocacy groups, professional societies, public and private health care administrators and others to reduce health disparities and to address the unique health care needs of diverse communities.
We’re Not All The Same

Minorities also have a disproportionately higher incidence of certain diseases compared to whites. Read more from the Office of Minority Health.
